100 lbs for a 1/4 mile, bear-hug style (this definately has an impact on your breathing patterns). I know that's not very much weight but I gotta start somewhere I feel like I could do more weight strength-wise but my conditioning is horrendous (I never have really done GPP/cardio, ever)
Plus the track in my gym is upstairs. When I finally got done and got it downstairs, I left it by the door and drove my car up to pick it up haha, I couldn't even carry it to my car.
