First time questions

Hey there. I just had some questions about steroids. I'm 6'1" and about 150lbs right now and I would like to not resemble a pole! I've tried diets, protein shakes, creatine and nothing helps. I need to gain some mass and I would like to gain some strength too. I have a good friend I can get some through but I don't wanna just jump in without a clue.
If you guys could give me some info and Ideas of kinds and effects and how to stack/do them that would be appreciated.

Shouldn't your "friend" be able to answer those questions before he gets you what your looking for. I would hope they know what they have and exactly what it does if they are passing it around!! YIKES!!! Set your goals, Search the forums, critique your questions, get answers
 
hey bro, it sounds to me like you're pretty skinny and you need to HIT THE WEIGHTS AND DIET. If you can't gain weight by eating everything in site, try eating a bowl of ice cream with a serving (not a scoop) of slimfast before u goto bed. i would really try to put on some natural muscle/weight myself before i venture into the steroids.

I'm 21 and workout daily. I eat like a god damn horse and can't gain shit. My metabolism is insane. I am in a program for fire training so its part of the course. I haven't growen in years.

I talked to him a bit about it. He does know what he's selling but he told me to find out what I'm looking for and then see him. He mentioned winny and dbol and he has done His stuff too. He went from 180 up to 240. I don't wanna get huge but I do need at least 30lbs and some strength.
 
negbones, if you're 21 lift for atleast another year or more until you put some weight on. i really believe you could gain some weight, trust me. I think everyone will agree with me on this, your metabolism WILL STOP. then you won't have a problem. until then feed your face and try what i told you. when i use to be in highschool i ate ice cream at night time before bed with a scoop of slim fast, and i too had fast metabolism. that did it for me. what are you eating every day, how many cals approx? give me an example.
 
bro i was there... i know where your comin from i was identical to your stats, i ate everything in site, i did the shakes and what not.. i was 6 1 130 to be honest, and i had been on and off in the gym for a good 4 years, but couldnt gain a thing.

now i dont want to be that guy that says go and get gear.. but may 1st i started my first cycle of test only 500mg a week goin on a 12-15 cycle on week 8 now, may 1st i was 143 pounds (gained 13 pounds from january to may in just bulking) now im 176 with about 5-7 weeks left in my cycle havent decided if im doin 15 or saving it for another time.. but ya if you do plan on goin on, do somethin basic like me, it helps, minimumal sides (pimples on arms and back) and just eat and train hard.

but i was in the exact same boat, and i took a turn in the dark side, and hope to not regret it haha

1000 "boost" shake

Fruit salad
Soup (veggie)
300 Bowl of Cinnimon toast crunch
Gatorade
700 2 chick breast
1 bag of noodles (lipton side kicks)
Brocholi
Bagel
tonight I'll prob have some cheese and crackers, another bagel and some leftover steak.
I also take a protein shake that I take every night.
 
Well you're chowin alright, but your metabolism is killing it. See if you can change it up a bit. Steak and eggs in the morning with a couple bagels and cream cheese should slow you down ;) ;)
 
See there's my next problem. I cannot stomach eggs at all. I've tried. I don't know what it is but I absolutly hate those god damn things LOL ;) :p

Did every1 just over look that your basically not getting any protein in your diet? :worried: :worried: :worried:
 
Up the protein
try 40 grams of protein 5-6 times a day
cottage cheese would be a good substitute for eggs in the morning if you can't handle eggs.

Thats why I suggested steak and eggs for breakfast ;) He is just feeding his metabolism. He needs to spread protien out through the day IMO.

I hear ya on that one. I eat chicken for about 4 meals a day with no problems but i can't eat rice or eggs to save myself.

Try? If you want to really gain, you will hit at leas 4000 a day.

If you don't gain weight, bump to 4500 a day for a month.

Took me about 5000 a day to really pack on some size.

I suggest you drink a couple N-Large II shakes a day. It helped me. I was 6'1" 155 at the start, and got up to 200 naturally.
 
bro... need a lot more protein... im loosing weight on this diet..
meal 1 : 9 eggs 1 whole... 1/2 cup oatmeal
meal 2: 7 oz. chicken and 3/4 brown rice
meal 3: 7 oz chicken or 6 oz lean steak, 3/4c brown rice
meal 4: " "
meal 5: PWO - 60 grams isolate and 1/2c oatmeal
meal 6: chicken and brown rice
meal 7: " "
meal 8 : either above or isolate and peaut butter...

thats about 3000- 3100 cals. im tryin to loose weight, so its working, but im getting in like close to 400 g of protein.
gotta work on your diet.
