First time inject problems

I keep trying to fill 2 cc's of test e, but im getting half a syringe full of air. I pull back about 2.2 cc's of air and pump it into the vial for pressure, but when i pull back, whether slowly or quickly, im getting like half air in the case. I managed to get 2 ccs of test on the third try, but it was frothy as hell. There were all these miniscule air bubbles on the side of the case that wouldn't move no matter how long i tapped. Is it alright to shoot with these in it?

yes, it will simply dissolve into your blood stream. The problem with air is when your injecting directly into a vein, not muscle tissue.

It sounds like the needle you're using to draw from the vial is too small. Try a 20g then inject with a 25

why are u getting all that air? is your needle locked on tight? sounds like ur drawing in air around ur luever lock or however its spelled. as for injecting airbubbles...a few arent going to hurt at all..some people leave air in on purpose so at teh very end of injection the air pushes out every bit of oil. it takes like 10cc of air to harm u i think...its some wild # like that

With the test in the tube, hold the syringe with the needle up and pull the plunger all the way down, then tap. Now push the test back up and tap some more. Aspirate when you inject so your not in a vein and push it in. A nurse once told me it would take an empty syringe full of air (oxymoron?) to be dangerous. Those tiny bubbles shouldn't matter much.
Before you draw the test, make sure that the needle didn't unscrew a little from the syringe allowing air to get in.

just my @#@#@# luck. I get a good fill finally and hit a vein on my first poke ever on a glute shot. I was too annoyed to even think about saving the gear. I've heard of people re-shooting the same dose after getting blood in the syringe, but i wasn't in the mood to be taking chances, especially with luck like this. For future reference, what do you do after you hit a vein?

Anyway, so then i have to shoot again, but i use left glute cause i've got blood dripping down my right one. Everything goes fine until i'm pulling the syringe out and i realize that i'm not sure it was all that far in. I poked it almost all the way in at the start, excpet a few millimeters, but i was so nervous and injecting so slowly that i may have pulled it out somewhat when i aspirated or as i was injecting it. I took about 30 seconds, maybe more, to inject 2 cc's. I had to use my left hand and that made things difficult. My hand was blocking the view of my ass in the mirror after i got the needle in. So now i'm not sure how deep the injection was. I got an air bubble when i aspirated, so it at least started right, but fuuuuuuuck i was not expecting the needle to slide at all, goddamn left hand.

What kind of post-injection signs can i look for to find out where the gear went? If it was too shallow what's gonna happen?

Dude, also you could use 23 needle and inject in 3 cc of air into the vial first. Then when you draw back pullin out the gear get your needle right below the top of the gear, so you are almost drawing in only the top layer and almost air. You could have to try this a couple of times with practice it will take less time. I know my first time I got so frustrated, but oils are hard ar times, youll get it. Tap the dart and get all air bubbles out a few left in are ok. Hope this helps the others guys will tell you more stuff to. Just dont inject in a vein. Aspirate, I use a 1 in 25 needle mostly, but for thick oils in my butt I use a 23 1 1/2.

Why don't you try Quad injections instead?

Self sticking in the ass can be tricky using you non-dominant hand and especially behind you. I'm not sure what the exact limits are but I am pretty sure you can inject a few cc's into your quads without the same difficulty.

Vets help me out here - what would you say the most you would inject into your quads?

okay, i'm in trouble. I know the gear is not all in my muscle. When i massage the inject spot i can HEAR it. It sounds like i'm pressing on a bubble, there is definitely fluid close to the surface. Do i need to see a doctor quickly?

do u have a lump? even if u missed the muscle ur body will absorb the oil it will just take longer and u wont get as good results...i agree with teh above statement...star with quads much easier to see esp when starting out...or delts...pick an easy spot then when u get proficient move to others

no lump yet, and it doesn't hurt. thx for the advice. I didn't wanna do quads for a 2 cc injection cause i've heard that's the most you should put in there and i wanted to start slow, but you can bet my ass i'm gonna do em in quads now.
