first time CRATINE user. please help.

karma to those who help.

i got 1000grams of EAS cratine that i plan on taking post AS cycle.

can anybody write out a 4 week cycle including dosage each day.

for the fist week take 10g of creatine(loading phase)and then for the following weeks take 5g post workout and on your off days take 5g first thing in the morning.hope this helps.
 
I never load creatine, on days I workout, I take 5 grams pre workout, and 5 grams post workout. On my off days I take just 5 grams.
 
Also loading isn't 10 grams, its 20 to 25 grams per day, and IMO its total BS, they just want you to buy more creatine. I take creatine for 3 weeks, take one week off, take for another 3 weeks, take a week off, and so on. Your body can only absorb 5 grams at a time, the rest is pissed out.

karma your way dude but a few questions...

what kinda results do you most noticeably see?
water bloat, strength gains?

also, how long before results appear?
 
What i was told is to load up with creatine 15-20g a day for 5 days (no working out those days), then for maintanance take 5-10g a day, depending on your goals. I took 5g daily while bulking and it helped a lot. Great strength boost after loading too.
