First time clen user please help!

I just recently got liquid clen (200mcg/ml) and liquid t3 (100mcg/ml) I am a 5'6 femaleand weight 140lbs, I want to lose some excess baby weight and am wondering how much I should take and what an ideal cycle would look like for me? Should I take clen only for the first cycle and then both for my second cycle? I need to lose 10-15lbs in two months, please help!
 
Personally I'd go 20-40-60-80 and really never go above 100/120 especially with how small you are. Also just taking Clen isnt going to burn 15pounds alone. Diet+Exercise=Everything
 
Thanks! I am 20, I eat clean and excersize 6 days a week, 1hr cardio and 1hr weight training. I lost quite a bit of weight naturally but am looking to loose these last 15 lbs with a bit of help because I have hit a plateau and nothing seems to be helping.
 
I would start slow and stack them.
With the clen start with 20mcg and slowly increase the dose by 5mcg per day until you hit 80mcg which is plenty to max out on.
With T3 start with 12.5mcg and slowly increase a few mcg's a day until you max out at 50mcg and stay there.
I recommend supplementing with 3 grams of taurine per day split up in 1mg doses to reduce cramping and drink a lot of water.
The small daily increases will keep you burning fat very quickly.
 
Okay thanks! Johnjuanbl, I was a bit worried about taking both the clen and t3 together for my first cycle. Would you reccomend just taking clen at first and then taking both second cycle or do you think it will be fine if I just take a low dosage of it? Also I heard potassium is good to take on it so I bought some it is 600mg/tablet and my taurine is 500mg/tablet so one a day of the taurine and how much of the potassium?

You may need more taurine. 3-5 grams is what I found online for clen cramping. For potassium I bought salt substitute which is actually potassium chloride and I sprinkle it on all my meals and in my protein drinks.
Clen and T3 works synergistically if stacked together. I would stack them but just keep the dose real low. A low dose of each is plenty to spike your metabolism. Too much will hinder your workouts. I don't like to use them for more than a couple weeks at a time. Cycle them off and on to keep receptors fresh. Trust your instincts. If it hits too hard then lower the dose.
 
Listen to JJ he is spot on. I will say though the reason why you plateaued will be very important. Did you go to low in cals? Has your metabolism basically come to a halt etc. Perhaps you done low carbs for too long effecting you thyroid. Are you being consistent enough with your diet. I find it's especially common with women to over diet and not eat enough and then over train (too much cardio etc). Their bodies come to a complete halt and basically go into starvation mode so they hold onto everything they can (fat, muscle etc). Women and weight loss can be tricky sometimes due to hormonal reasons too.. I could write an essay on that! I just write this to get you thinking. Regardless the combo will be great for your goals and give you a massive boost. You could always start them a few weeks apart. Run the clen 2-3 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Move up gradually do a max dose that is right for you (everyone is different)... I would think 80mcg would be plenty for you though.
