Oh yea I never thought about the arm pump I might get. And true I just can't consider myself a legit pro until I qualify for a supercross or national. I've had a couple injuries that knock me back each time I get close. I'm probably just going to stay natural for a few more years. The arm pump thing really struck a chord with me. I absolutely hate arm pump and can blame it for some of my worst injuries. I think I need to just focus on my leg workouts and things should improve. I don't like the fact that I'd be considering steroids at all for the fact that I am still competing at a high level, I only really wanted to do them to get a better stronger physique. Racing wasn't so much on my mind at the time. Having said that..
Do y'all have any tips or supplements that could help with arm pump? (Besides riding more)
