Hey everyone,
So the last 3 pins (1X week) were in my glutes switching sides each week. Notice some knitting maybe, read up and some people said its normal so I didn't worry. I figured I'll just try my quads. I usually have my girl pin my glutes.. Much easier. Welllll... Tried my mid quad, more towards the side, and got about halfway in when holy sharp pain! Lol so I pulled it out immediately.
Now where it was it really sore, even down to my knee somewhat. Guessing I hit a nerve? Anyone else ever run in to this?
