First quad pin.. OUCH

Hey everyone,

So the last 3 pins (1X week) were in my glutes switching sides each week. Notice some knitting maybe, read up and some people said its normal so I didn't worry. I figured I'll just try my quads. I usually have my girl pin my glutes.. Much easier. Welllll... Tried my mid quad, more towards the side, and got about halfway in when holy sharp pain! Lol so I pulled it out immediately.
Now where it was it really sore, even down to my knee somewhat. Guessing I hit a nerve? Anyone else ever run in to this?

Hahaha oh yeah. Quads can really hurt sometimes. There are less nerves on the side in between the split of the quad and ham but if the gear crashes and recrystalizes in your leg you'll be hating life for awhile. Swelling is normal as AAS in it's raw form is a crystalline molecule similar to a shard of glass and it recrystalizes sometimes, especially higher dosed things like T400, or blends like tren ace/masteron/test prop
 
Ya, Quad pain is normal... lol I used to toss an icepack on my leg while I was filling pin so my leg would be fairly numb by the time i hit so it became a non-isse.
 
Not sure if this helps bro but morning shots are normally best I found cuz your moving all day and it helps break it up
More also If it is oil I ran a blow dryer on the vial to heat it up a few minutes to help the oil I inject better and faster I feel

Currently on my 4th week of pinning quads. I've Learned That Taking A Hot Bath Or Shower And Immediately Pinning Usuall helps. Also moving around makes a world of difference. When I'm stiff I go have a leg day or do some stretching.
 
Learn to do glutes delts and lats while you're still small enough and flexible enough to reach

Screw quads. There are way to many more less problematic areas to hit bro. Delts, bicepts, glutes. But you need to make sure you have the right needle length and gauge size for each spot.
 
I love quads.. I pin them daily. The only time there is a issue is when I touch a nerve...

I go so slow too which helps if you do come in contact with a nerve.. lol. your muscle will start to twitch. Im actually contemplating on pinning 2 cc in my quad, see if its too much gear for one spot- in terms of pip

Same here.. Hot shower then immediately pin. Sometimes I'll load my pin before my shower and admin as soon as I get out.
