Hey everyone. Im just an average guy trying to get cut for spring break. I have read many discussions on this board, but i just now signed up and this is my first post. I was wondering how my diet looks?? This is the first time i have ever dieted, but this was written up by one of my friends. Im 5'8, about 180 lbs, and yesterday by body fat was tested at 11%. I would like to get down to about 6-7%, and be tremendously ripped. Can you help me out?

5 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 bagel
11:00
1 protein bar or protein shake
2:00
1 chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice
5:00
12oz. tuna in water, or 6 oz. of tuna and green beans
8:00
1 protein shake, or chicken breast w/ baked potato or vegis
11:00
opposite of what i eat at 8:00
