Thanks for all the good info! Have Hcgenerate already. Was saving it for the last two weeks of cycle without test e (as a kickstart to PCT) and continuing through the first half of PCT. Going to check out the articles and I'm sure I'll add a few more items for support. I'm not so sure that clomid and nolva are a waste. There is a history of success behind both SERM's. My guess is that adding the proper support items along with the SERMS will likely provide a better recovery than either one would alone. I've read good things about Hcgenerate and may add another bottle along with N2guard.

I am five now weeks out. Show is Nov 16th. I still need to lean up some. Been doing low intensity fasted am cardio for 30 min eod for a little over a week. I figured out how to post a pic. Still running 300mg test e pw and 80mg anavar. I'm carb sensitive, so I dropped the carbs down to about 80-100g per day. I am down a pound from last week based or morning weight. Also started fat burners today in the morning prior to cardio.

Still running adex at .25 eod. Will up it some but probably during final week when the heavy training is over.

Suggestions and comments are welcome. Also what would you guess my bf is? I'm thinking 7 percent... I may be holding water from test. Hard to tell as this is first cycle. Pretty stoked and looking forward to competing! View attachment 114273
 
Thanks! I have been trying... This level of training and diet is all totally new to me. To be honest, I'm most nervous about peak week. I'm going to start a new thread in a couple of weeks to get some help. In the meantime, I will just keep doing what I have been doing. I'm hoping I can continue to lean up while keeping muscle. No sides from anything yet, except maybe some tingling in fingers from the anavar.

Diet for now is:

Meal

1. 1 cup oatmeal w/1/2 scoop whey
6 egg whites. 2 yolks.

2. 4 oz chicken breast ( deli meat for now) small scoop almond butter

3. 5 oz Chicken breast, 1 cup quinoa, and small scoop almond butter

4. 1/2 scoop whey 3 oz chicken breast 1/2 slice Ezekiel bread

WORKOUT

5. 1 scoop whey
2 scoops afterglow

6. Lean beef, chicken or fish 5oz
1/2 cupBrown rice or quinoa
Avocado or almond butter for fat ( unless I have beef).

7. Cassien 2 scoops. with almond butter for fat.


I'd say 275g average protein, 80-120g carb and 40-60 g fat.

I add a little carbs if I feel flat or tired or take them away if I begin to hold water or look too full. I'm somewhat sensitive to carbs so I'm careful. I also back off some on all macros on Sunday which is a rest day.

BCAA's, multiple vitamin, fish oil..etc
