first peptide cycle

Hey guys, am just about to start my first peptide course

Will be running:
Ipam 100mcg 2x ed am and pm upon waking and before bed
Igf lr3 40mcg pwo 4weeks on 4weeks off

Any pointers you guys have would be greatly appreciated

My history:
4-5 years training
Solid diet year round (carb cycling atm)
Run one cycle test and dbol (am now on pct nolva/Clomid)

Would have like to or will in the future add cjc1293

Am looking to lean up, whilst retaining size gained from aas cycle

You need to use the cjc and the ipam at the same time, also what is your weight?
 
Weight is 80kgs

Cjc is a must hey?

You only need to do 80mcg per dose then, the saturation level is 1mcg per kg of body weight

And yeah just make sure it's cjc no DAC, sermorelin works to

The reason it's a must is because a ghrp or ipam only causes gh to release, however if your body isn't in a gh releasing state it's not going to release a big pulse of gh, now what the cjc or sermorelin do is the function as an on switch, they flip your body into a gh releasing mode for a period of 30 minutes or so thus allowing your body to release a large pulse of gh, to put it simply it's one of those things where 1+1=3

What protocol should I follow
And did you mean 80mcgs for the ipam or igf?

And my after pin meal should be small carbs and fats yeah?

Yeah with the ipam and mod grf 80mcg 3x a day for each, with igf personally I think 40mcg split into 20mcg bilaterally between the muscle is more then enough because when you think about it your body naturally produces like 2-3mcg of igf on its own then add the peptides and you are getting roughly 20-25mcg extra from the gh conversion and considering the higher potency of lr3 40mcg split into 20mcg bilaterally is going to be a supraphysiological dose

Now in regards to timing I've heard some people say an hour pre and some say immediately post, others claim injecting 16 hours following your training in the body part trained, giving your mgf levels time to spike and subside, tho point here is there are a lot if ways you can use igf that all seems to produce decent results, now I'm sure Goinon4T will chime in and share his 2 cents in regards to timing of the dosage since he has real world experience

In regards to diet, you need to wait an hour after you dose your peptides to eat, you can have a protein shake within 30 minutes after dosing as long as its low in fats, once the hour hits take in your carbs and wait to eat your fats till its get to about the hour and 15 min mark, this being said because fats damage gh while its floating around in your body

In regards to the igf wait 30mins and consume 40g of fast carbs like oranges and 40g of slow carbs like rice, also keep some fast carbs around at all times since the lr3 is going to leech off your glycogen stores and you could go hypo, it's not likely but it's possible

Btw I bought my stuff from ergopep and am awaiting postage, but I've just come accross some forums questioning potency by this supplier. Though they're igf came up with good results, I'm thinking of going elsewhere for my mod grf, any suggestions?

Eh ergo is pretty iffy, from what I've heard the owner is a slime ball to, pm me for source for the ipam and mod grf and a Better source for igf

And there is a difference between subq and im for igf you can do sub q if you want it to bind mainly to your igf receptors in your stomach, stick to 40mcg total split into 20mcg in each muscle (ie 20mcg in your left bicep and 20mcg in your right one)
 
Thanks, I'm a bit wary about im injections though as my first and only cycle ended in surgery to remove an abscess in my upper thigh.

And the ipam was bought from ergo already, will pm now thanks heaps
