First cylce test e dosing?

ok i know you all prob heard this over and over a million times but i have some variables added in here ha. im 28 years old 5ft 9" 157lbs not sure on my bf % but im pretty slim.
i have been lifting for about 3-4 years and running for about 2 years and just kinda plateued. ive tried pills before (halo/ hdrol) stuff like that and it did not agree with me at all. bp shot up and anxiety out the wazoo.
I do suffer from some anxiety/panic attacks but can over come that with so CBT and xanax so that SHOULD be fine. my diet is pretty clean but i do not think i eat nearly enough as i should. light breakfeast with a whey protein shake, usually some carbs lunch time and yougurt and peanuts, and usually some chicken/meat for dinner with a salad followed by another protein shake.

Now im looking into aas one i heard they have minimal sides compared to an anabolic halo.
im looking to get cut while adding lean mass maybe like 175lbs.
my brother did a test e cycle but had some bloat in the face. he eats a lot but not clean.
i think he started at 350mg a week then went up to 400 or 500. Will this cause bloat for me as well? i do plan to take erase 75mg as well as soon as i start my cycle and prob follow with nolva for pct. what do you think i should start out with dosing wise? and will test e be suffucient in what i am looking for lean gains?

The most important thing you need to get together before this cycle is a diet where you are able to gain muscle. Gear will not help you bulk by itself, you need the diet in place first. You also need to do some research on cycle support and PCT. You can find it all on the forums here.
 
I think my diet isnt to far off. just should eat a little more portions. i prob only have like a 1500 caliore intake daily
