I am starting my first cycle this week nervous about injection. My gear is sustanon 250 plan is 500 mg per week for 12 weeks . Where would be good first injection site for a beginner?

I think glutes are the most easiest and painless.
 
In the glut is least painful pinch your skin to get the needle through the skin you wont feel it until u start injecting just a slight burn. I watched my buddy do it in his thigh and he could barely walk after.
 
Al ? I have some anastrozole for gynomastia. Thinking gonna try quad area glute seems a little hard for me to reach I have 25 gauge needles 1.5 long
 
Don't be worried man, you don't even feel it go in! It's nothing honestly, after you do it you'll be like "tf was i scared for again" haha. I'd say start with your glutes and quads. Glutes-Upper, outside portion of the muscle Quads-Upper, outer portion of the muscle. Make sure you aspirate aswell.
 
If you have 1.5inch needles go in alittle over half way. Next time make sure you have 1 inch needles, last thing you want to do is go to deep and hit a nerve, artery or an underlying muscle
 
Enjoy :) should blow up nice and easily as ur receptors are un touched. Just make sure you eating plenty of good calories and working out hard.
 
Honestly i started with my delt. I always pin in my delt now ive tried glutes there both good but i prefer delt.
 
Glutes with a mirror so you can see proper.

I've used from 21G to 25G, and I'll recommend 25G if you're patient and have good control. 23G is easier, even thick oil will flow pretty good. As for length, I usually go in only around 2,5cm in the delts. So if it's a 23G 1&1/4" needle I go in almost/or all of the whole needle, which is 3cm.
 
using a 23" 1-1/2 inch, if you feel better with a shorter pin remove the protective cover cut 1 inch off then reinsert,there you have a 1" pin with a safety stop.
 
Ok I chickened out pining but finally did it in right glute yesterday with no problems little soreness today. I have anastrozole for gyno when do I take?
 
ask for help before you start a cycle not in the middle of one where you could have already fucked up...
 
Advice and being spoon fed a cycle are two two totally different things !!



Pin on sat and wed split ur dose on those days to equal ur total dose

nolva 40 40 20 20







arimdex .25 every two days







Start 12 days after last pin or get bloods to see when test clears







Next time do a bit of research





Learning how the body works and what compounds do is the most important thing when running a cycle



U need to know how ur body utilizes compounds and what they do!



This is a process and ur not gonna achieve optimal results if u don't know what ur doing !!!



So drop the attitude and when someone is helping ya and asks a question answer with a little bit of respect for one that is giving his time to help !

I wouldn't give this guy any advice, learn how to cycle before you start.
 
Hey man lucky I got a good arm pump in and was feeling nice !!

But for any new guys reading
Do ur homework
Prepare a cycle planned out posted up and Us Vets will help you tweak it if needed
 
First week in the books second pin did not hurt as much in left glute a little akward . Pumps at gym have been normal feeling like I have way more energy though. Ready for week two thinking about trying arm pin tomorrow.

My Buddie just got on about 6 weeks or so ago and I remember his saying his energy was like he was on pre workout

Had lifts where he did not need any
