I've used from 21G to 25G, and I'll recommend 25G if you're patient and have good control. 23G is easier, even thick oil will flow pretty good. As for length, I usually go in only around 2,5cm in the delts. So if it's a 23G 1&1/4" needle I go in almost/or all of the whole needle, which is 3cm.

using a 23" 1-1/2 inch, if you feel better with a shorter pin remove the protective cover cut 1 inch off then reinsert,there you have a 1" pin with a safety stop.

Ok I chickened out pining but finally did it in right glute yesterday with no problems little soreness today. I have anastrozole for gyno when do I take?
