Hey guys i'm gonna begin my first cycle next week ( test e + deca) i heard that doing more intense workouts(than usual) gives better results when on roids as your muscles recover faster.I wonder if thats true and if i should increase my workouts and stay longer in the gym. (i'm bulking up)
For example my usual chest workout:
Bench Press: 3 sets * 8-10 reps
Dumbell Fly: 3 sets * 8-10 reps
Inchline Bench: 3 sets * 8-10 reps
Dumbell Pullover: 4 sets * 8-10 reps
Do you think i should put more exercises? or sets?
