First Cycle - Workout Routine

Hey guys i'm gonna begin my first cycle next week ( test e + deca) i heard that doing more intense workouts(than usual) gives better results when on roids as your muscles recover faster.I wonder if thats true and if i should increase my workouts and stay longer in the gym. (i'm bulking up)

For example my usual chest workout:

Bench Press: 3 sets * 8-10 reps
Dumbell Fly: 3 sets * 8-10 reps
Inchline Bench: 3 sets * 8-10 reps
Dumbell Pullover: 4 sets * 8-10 reps

Do you think i should put more exercises? or sets?
 
Your workours should be as intense as you possibly can get long before a person gets on the juice....

More isn't always better if you're doing things wrong, not that you are...

I'm not a big fan of doing the same routine every workout either, but if it works for you then roll with it...

Thanks for the reply.I'm always trying to get as intense as i can ofc. i think i've put the question in the wrong way what i meant was if i should put more exercises than usual and be not afraid from overtraining.My stats are:

Age:22
Ht:5.9 ft
Wt:160
BF%: %7
Years training: 3
Diet : i'm gonna post my full diet when i get home
Supps: whey protein+weider amino+creatine
Proposed Cycle : test e. + deca
Proposed PCT : i'll post it next week as i'll have a detailed chat with my coach before i get the roids and pct.
 
I do that many sets when im natural and on a sever caloric deficit with cardio everyday.. If Bulking and taking steroid i would increase it to 20 sets minimum, preferably 30 sets and an extra exercise like cable crossover at the end.
 
Btw before you say it ; i know you prob think that i'm still young or my stats are not good enough to begin a cycle but i have a really weird metabolism and my body wont hold fat no matter how much crap i take..That could seem like a bless but i wasn't be able to increase my muscle mass for a year also...And this is not a starter stats (for me) trust me i been way worse than this i've putted about 40lbs of muscle to get here and i just can't increase anymore thats why i go on juice.

Ah, the ole metabolism schtick. I got news for ya buddy, you're not a unique snowflake. Every guy who wants to gain mass says that same thing. I have a crazy metabolism, i have a unique medical condition, genetics, etc. Start reading about real bulking diets and dial in your training and you will see results without the need to take anything. Spend your money on food. Not what you want to hear but the truth.

I get what you say man thanks for the news.I know theres many ppl talking like that and also you won't believe me no matter what i say..the thing is the doctor herself suggested me to use these kind of stuff.I dont believe they make these kind of suggestions to every snowflake:) They made some tests and told me to do another at some other hospital to get roids legally but i don't want to waste my time on ther veeery slow cycles... if theres someone who deserves to use these craps thats me trust me when i say that.Thanks

Edit: Forgot to mention that i have a kind of girly bone structure(like narrow shoulders,very very thin waist)

Well first things first your first cycle should not include a 19-nor testosterone (DECA in this case)

Also how many calories do you think you are putting down right now?

If you're a beginner, yes its too much, but you're using steroid and bulking by eating in caloric surplus i see no reason why you cant handle that much volume, i do that many sets when natty and cutting, eating only 1800 cal on workout days and 1600 on off days plus doing 5+ days of cardio a week.. 30 sets is nothin, i have done 40 sets for arms when i was bulking naturally and my arms grew nicely.. i would actually up it to 40 sets twice a week, 20 on each day, if you cant handle this much volume then you should not be using steroid in the first place.
