First cycle red blotches??

Help anyone? Just started my first cycle , first injection last night left middle delt, trained back and bi's this morning, got out of the shower and noticed red blotches all over my thighs! Can anyone help me here ??

Week 1 to 10,
Sus 250- 500 mg
Tren - 200mg
Week 6 to 10
Mast - 200mg
Hope you can understand that?
