One other point, I'm not the best at advise. Juice is not always the answer, nor will it make it any easier. 23 yrs ago I was 18, weighing in bout 140. Started lifting wanting to get bigger. Yes I've done several cycles though the yrs. But where I am at today at 41, weighing 270 is from dedication, training hard, eating proper, and can't stress enough on getting plenty of rest. Hopefully this will help you on your rd to many yrs enjoying this lifestyle. If it was easy everyone would b doing it..
