First Cycle Please Help

You were right the problem was in my diet. So thanks for the reality check. I will fix up my diet and hopefully next time you talk to me I will be 190lbs with 10% bf and financially prepared. My plan was to buy all the stuff for PCT at the same time I got my test, I've read to many times about how important PCT is.

I've gained 24 lbs since I started working out but it has been slow. It's hard when you see everyone walking around ripped with 6 packs (Came close but never had a real defined set of abs) because I workout just as hard as anyone maybe even harder. You pick up a fitness magazine and its obvious they are all juicing so you can't follow any of the routines and expect to get the results they claim. Im not bitching just looking at it from a natty point of view.

So I guess I have two questions. Why is it so important to build a good base? and is there any other supplements that would help me out that you reccomend?

Supps : Whey gold standard, creatine 5g, flaxseed oil 1000mg, multi

All those supps are fine. Building a big solid base means you will look way better with aas, make more gains because your body is prepared for the training needed, and you won't lose anywhere near as much after(good pct or not) .

pct is not very important at all to be honest. this site is trying to sell products that is all

Lol. He's funny. It doesn't matter if you use needtos stuff or RC or pharm grade serms and AI's. pct is more important than the cycle IMO. It's not about selling shit but about showing people the right way to cycle on and off safely. That guys an idiot.
