First cycle/Noob

So I'm new to trying a cycle, I've been hitting the gym for two years and not seeing much for gains. I bought some gear from XXXX and am researching the best cycles for me.

I have bought:
Dianabol
Test Cyp
Deca

I eat 3 solid meals a day and add a high whey protein drink to my daily diet. I workout 4 days a week for 1.5 hours hitting my arms and chest twice and all other muscle groups on my other days. I've always been a skinny kid but now that I'm 30 I feel like I should have bulked up by now.

Suggestions?

your body fat is too high right now.. need to get that down.

how long have you been working out 4X per week?

where did u research that deca is a good first cycle?

you probably have shitty genetics but so do a lot of people.. i saw a skinny kid too all my life, if you kill it hard in the gym and eat good you can look good or at the very least have an athletic look.

if you truely want help i have 2 links in my signature below.. one for diet and one for a workout split. from what you wrote your diet and workouts definately need to be improved.

you started lifting late in life at 28 and you been at it for just 2 years.. thats not very long man.. thats like 6% of your life conditioning muscles which means the other 94% of the time you weren't.. so you need to build conditioning, but if you get on a better program now you can see good results. you won't be pleased jumping on steroids and keeping your current regime, your results will be substandard trust me and could end up looking WORSE after cycle and feeling worse
 
I'm upping my gym to 3 on 1 off and getting my diet healthier. Thanks for the diet info, running has been terrible but I'm going to get back to running my normal 3 miles.

As far as gear goes, I'm dead set on doing what I can to bulk up. Maybe just start on Test cyp and get used to that? The guy I've been talking to recommended 400mg Deca/wk 750mg Test cyp/wk Dianabol daily and Aro to offset gyno.
 
WAAAY too much whoever recommended that to you, and at your level you have plenty you can gain naturally. Steroids shouldn't even be an option yet for you bro. I know you don't want to hear that but no matter how bad you think your genetics are you can definitely still gain some muscle naturally, and get your body conditioned to training more.
 
Also, I was in the Corps for 5 years and did weight/cardio training 5 days a week. I'm just trying to get back to the lean-mean-fighting machine I was 10 years ago.
 
You need to have a solid base before using AAS if you want to get anything out of it. If you attempt to use gear to "get in shape" your results will be mixed at best.
 
Thank you guys, I'll continue/amp up my gym routines and hold off on the gear for a bit. Will it be okay to stash for awhile or should I get rid of it?
 
whoever told you to run that much gear you should never listen to again. i have never ran more than 900mg of gear a week and click on my profile and see what i look like.

less is better, and a good workout and diet is gonna dictate what you gain, not how much gear you take.

just follow my 2 links man and follow that.. don't be a weekend warrior, this is now your lifestyle so stick to it 7 days a week.. even if its not weights you still should walk, do something active, bicycle.. anything except sit and watch tv
 
Glad you reconsidered. It was a situation where you would either believe us now, or realize we were right after. Follow stevemi's links and write out a thorough plan for your workout, then post it in that section for tweaking. Do the same thing with your diet, and you will be on your way. Store your gear in a cool dark place. It will stay good for some time. Cheers
