Hey guys, I posted a whiiiiile back about starting my first cycle, but due to some complications in my order I'm not getting started until now. Thanks to all the veterans on this board I got a lot of great advice as far as on-cycle and post-cycle support goes. Since I first posted (on Jan. 15th), I've put on 7 lbs of purely lean mass. Just to give you guys a recap, here's my stats: 5'5, 165 lbs, roughly 8% BF (in my opinion.)
I'm laying out my entire cycle below and I'd appreciate it if you guys could throw in your two cents about how good of a plan it is. Feel free to give me any input you'd like. If you think it's the worst cycle ever and I should go jump off a cliff then feel free to tell me so haha. I've also included some body pics below to show you guys I do have a decent base to start AAS off of. (Keep in mind the fact I don't do any isolation exercises so I have a more athletic build. I only do olympic and power lifts and play contact sports.) (pics are also a little old.)
Note: I am taking a 3 week period in-between cycle and post cycle (listed as pre-pct) I'm thinking about taking HCGenerate ES during 2 of the 3 weeks before my PCT, so please let me know what you think about this. (I thought it may be a little controversial)
Cycle:
-12 weeks of 500mg of Sustanon per week (250 mg injected on Monday and Thursday)
On-cycle support:
-Liquidex: Weeks 1-12
-HCGenerate: Weeks 5-12
-Herbs/Vitamins (Daily): Fish Oil, Vitamin D, Milk Thistle, Multi Vit
Pre-PCT (3 weeks)
-Weeks 13&14: HCGenerate ES
-Week 15: Completely clean (no supps)
PCT (1 month long)
-Nolva: 40/40/20/20
-Ostarine: 25 mg/day
-Forma Stanzol: Daily
-Test Stack: Daily
-DAA: Daily
After PCT:
-N2BM Bridge
