FIRST CYCLE HELP & ADVICE

STATS:
32 year old
5 feet 7 inches
230 lbs
20% body fat

GOALS:
Increase strength, shed some body fat, just get big, not ripped, but big

DIET:
Will consist of three protein shakes a day (each shake is 310 calories, 7.5 g of fat, 8 g of carbs, 64 g of protein) and three solid meals. Examples of solid meals will be turkey and egg whites in the morning with a piece of whole grain bread, meal #2 will be chicken, turkey, fish or steak, all lean cuts, with rice or sweat potato and veggies, and meal #3 will be lean meat and veggies. I plan on adding some oats and cottage cheese in here as well.

TRAINING:
I work out at the gym four days a week and then do a fifth day of push-ups, abs, cardio at home

PROPOSED CYCLE:
Weeks 1-4, 25mg of Dianabol ED
Weeks 1-12 250mg of test enth EW

PCT:
Truly confused here. The more research I do, the more confused I get. At this point, my head is spinning.

My questions-How many calories should I be shooting for in one day? I am guessing 3500-4000, is this enough?
How many grams of protein should I be shooting for in one day? I am guessing 350 grams, is this enough?
For my first cycle, how do the doses look on what I plan on running? Should I run 250 mg or 500 mg of test enth?
What do I need for PCT and how should I run it?
Syringes, what size will I need? I have heard 23g and 25g and 1” to 1.5”. What is recommended? Draw with one size and inject with another?
What am I missing, forgetting, lacking?

DIET: drop a shake and replace with real food. use the other 2 as your pre & post workout meals.

What do I need for PCT and how should I run it? u should be able to get away with clomid only for pct. 50mg ed/50mg ed/25mg ed/25mg ed - use this 4 week dose schedule for clomid. start pct 2 weeks after last shot.
Syringes, what size will I need? I have heard 23g and 25g and 1” to 1.5”. 23g 1.5 for glutes and 25g 1" for other body parts will be fine. What is recommended? Draw with one size and inject with another? i personally draw with one needle and change it and inject with a fresh needle. u could get 18g to draw with. makes the drawing go faster.

BF's a little high, I'd try and knock that down. Post up what a typical days diet looks like. First cycle looks good. I use hcg, nolvadex and clomid for pct, but there is different ways to run pct. I would add some arimidex or aromasin during the cycle. Draw with an 18g, inject with a 25g.

As far as an aromatase inhibitor goes, something like Arimidex .5mgs EOD or .25mgs everyday?

At the end of it all, I was going to add in some Sustain Alpha from Primordial Performance. Thanks again for all of the help!

As far as an aromatase inhibitor goes, something like Arimidex .5mgs EOD or .25mgs everyday? this is a good dose for a-dex but i wouldnt run it unless u r prone 2 get gyno or u start seeing symptoms. estrogen is a good thing for bulking and other natural biological processes.

250 T is good
but add Primo at 400 a week on that

and do cardio double days every other day at least 3 times a week

Thank you guys so much. I appreciate all of the help you have given me. Not sure if I can get a hold of the primoblan. If I do get it, how do I run it? I know with the test to hit it Monday and Thursday, 125mg per shot, and I know to split up the d-bol through out the day. Thanks again.

I am still using phase #1 so I am hitting cardio every day, except leg day.
