STATS:
32 year old
5 feet 7 inches
230 lbs
20% body fat
GOALS:
Increase strength, shed some body fat, just get big, not ripped, but big
DIET:
Will consist of three protein shakes a day (each shake is 310 calories, 7.5 g of fat, 8 g of carbs, 64 g of protein) and three solid meals. Examples of solid meals will be turkey and egg whites in the morning with a piece of whole grain bread, meal #2 will be chicken, turkey, fish or steak, all lean cuts, with rice or sweat potato and veggies, and meal #3 will be lean meat and veggies. I plan on adding some oats and cottage cheese in here as well.
TRAINING:
I work out at the gym four days a week and then do a fifth day of push-ups, abs, cardio at home
PROPOSED CYCLE:
Weeks 1-4, 25mg of Dianabol ED
Weeks 1-12 250mg of test enth EW
PCT:
Truly confused here. The more research I do, the more confused I get. At this point, my head is spinning.
My questions-How many calories should I be shooting for in one day? I am guessing 3500-4000, is this enough?
How many grams of protein should I be shooting for in one day? I am guessing 350 grams, is this enough?
For my first cycle, how do the doses look on what I plan on running? Should I run 250 mg or 500 mg of test enth?
What do I need for PCT and how should I run it?
Syringes, what size will I need? I have heard 23g and 25g and 1” to 1.5”. What is recommended? Draw with one size and inject with another?
What am I missing, forgetting, lacking?
