First cycle cutting....should I eat more

Age = 30
weight = 172
size = 5'9

Gonna do my first cutting cycle and need to know if I should be eating more or less, and of what. My current diet is below

Meal 1 ----wake up
Protein Bar
glass of whole milk

Meal 2 ------Breakfast
3 Hardboiled eggs
1 cup of oatmeal with berries

Meal 3------- snack
1 cup of walnuts

Meal 4 ------Lunch
2 turkey and cheddar chesse sandwhichs (meat not processed)
cup of crystal light

Meal 5----- after workout
Protein Shake

Meal 6 ----Dinner
1 Chicken breast
1 serving of brown rice
brocolli
cup of crystal light

snack------
protein bar.
 
If you are gonna try and cut bf...definitively stay away from potatoes unless they are sweet potatoes. Mac and Cheese is nothing but high glycemic carbs so stay away from that. How many calories are you eating and whats your BMR? What kind of protein bars are you eating? Most of the store bought one are worthless because they are loaded with sugar.
