Yeah, my diet was more set towards a lean bulk, high protein and medium health/essential fat with low carbs, since them I've upped my carbs and calorie intake, I'm sitting at 181 throughout the day now
You can still have that same balance of diet and lean bulk. Its not always about upping your carbs or fats, a lot of times its just about eating with the same proportions, but just eating more of the same stuff you have been eating. It takes a LOT of cals to put on and maintain muscle for experienced gainers, but staying lean while doing it is tricky business.
