First cycle, any advice on pct start time?

I'm 6' 176lbs and 11% body fat, been lifting for over 2 1/2 years and well over a year seriously. I've plateau'd with all my lifts and am stuck in a rut and my body type makes it hard to put on any mass and I'm fairly lean.
Started test 400
Blend is:
150mg test enth
150mg test cyp
100mg test undeca

Running that for 10 weeks at 400mg a week but I'm doing .5ml shots twice a week and I've got clomid and Nolva for pct.

The main thing is I'm trying to find out a solid time to start pct, my buddy told me 2 weeks after my last shot but the undeca ester has a very long half life and from what I've read it's making me think otherwise. Any opinions from experienced members will be appreciated.

Serious training for 1 year and you've plateaued? Stuck in a rut?

Change your routine, change your lifts, change change change

Well it's basically 2 years this fall, I've changed tons, increased protein intake, carb intake and fats, body fat dropped but none of my lifts are going up. My schedule went from 3 training days a week of heavy lifting but all that did was make me feel unproductive. Now I'm back doing the only thing I've seen results from 6 days a week of weights,

You have not even begun to utilize any of your natural potential. You are trying to take a short cut instead of putting in the time and effort to study your training and diet and correct those problems first. When you turn to steroids before reaching potential, you are actually hindering future growth and gains. You need to work on fixing the things that need fixed first. They are plenty of supplements that can help you with strength and weight gain in this time.

Take a look at a few of these and incorporate them into your diet and training. HCGenerate, Ancient Strength Creatine or Creatine Power Chews, GEAR, D-spark... These products will boost testosterone, give you excellent and clean energy, help you to put on size and strength. These will be good bases to add to your routine. Check out needtobuildmuscle.com for these...

Don't make me laugh! You are nowhere near your natural limits. If you get a solid training/diet program and stick to it and push yourself, you'll gain a hell of a lot more. It's about putting the hours in, not looking for a quick fix. I thought I had plateaued after 8 years of hard work, 6'5 and 270lbs. Even now I'm asking myself if I jumped into my first cycle too early.

You are not eating enough. Period. Also, regardless of whether or not you feel unproductive, no ecto needs to be training 6 days a week. You just weren't working hard enough in the three days a week you were lifting.

I could tell you what to do, coming from a guy who started at 6'2" and about 160 lbs. but you wouldn't fucking listen anyway.

A lot of good points, yeah I began at 145 at 6' then bulked up to 200lbs now I'm at 176 and I see the gains I've made and they just stopped or ultra slowed. Probably just impatient, thanks for the solid feedback. No need to get touchy guys just asking for input. Thanks Dylan I'll look into that and tweak my diet more.

I like your attitude bro... You just have a misconception in your head but at least you listen and you will learn bro... Try the products I recommended and incorporate that into fixing your eating and training and you will get results... Work hard man...

^yep.

You need to eat more bro, and once you think you're eating enough, you're half way there. I've had the same problem several times and the answer is always the same - I'm not eating enough calories or enough non-protein macronutrients for my body to utilize for peak ATP production.

Yeah, my diet was more set towards a lean bulk, high protein and medium health/essential fat with low carbs, since them I've upped my carbs and calorie intake, I'm sitting at 181 throughout the day now
