First Cycle advise ?

The deca and tesy seems to be the best stack for you. Yeah split up the injections however you like.

Some people expect to go in Monday and lift moderately, then on Tuesday your as strong as an ox. It doesn't work like that unless your on something like Andriol (don't touch that shit!) You see it increasing constantly and gradually. By the end of your cycle, compare yourself to that start and you'll see how much you have gained (alot)

Gradual strength gain would be good.I'm leaning towards the 500mg test
right now.Though I could prob use the joint lubricating from the deca.

Run the test at 400-500 and a low dose of deca, something like 100mg/wk. If you get any sides, you could be pretty sure it was from the test. Plus, you'll get some oiled joint benefits from the deca.

Could I draw the deca into the same pin with the test in it,mixing
the 2 together?Then take one shot of 200mg test+the 50mg deca
twice a wk.
 
rayj , , I'm the same age 44 , been in the gym 2-3 times a week for many year and stay pretty active.
I have not had legit HRT but have been considering going that route. What are your thoughts?

I would recommend it if you have low test lvls.I did and trt has made a
big difference for me.It increased my libido alot,and in general I feel better
overall.O yeah and it really helped me at the gym to the point that others
noticed the difference.Although it was a gradual thing.

There are a couple boards that have alot of info on hrt.Do some research
and see what you think.I'll pm you with the board names.
