Hey everyone, This is my first cycle! I am using 30mg of dBol an day and 1ml of deca a week. I lift 5 days of the week and take weekends off. I am still trying to perfect the best home plan I can!!! The 5 days a spent on upper body and on the weekend I bike or run for the lower body. I take in about 3000 Cals. a day plus drink 2 60 gram protien shakes. I also take creatine every morning and NO before I lift. About me, W-145 H-5'9'' M, I have lifted off and on for 4 yrs now and never really any major gains. I've gone up and down 10 lbs, but always back down to 145, hence the new additions to what I take. What I would like help with is good upper body workouts, and the best way to take this for the first time! Thanks
