First cycle!!! ADVICE??

Hey everyone, This is my first cycle! I am using 30mg of dBol an day and 1ml of deca a week. I lift 5 days of the week and take weekends off. I am still trying to perfect the best home plan I can!!! The 5 days a spent on upper body and on the weekend I bike or run for the lower body. I take in about 3000 Cals. a day plus drink 2 60 gram protien shakes. I also take creatine every morning and NO before I lift. About me, W-145 H-5'9'' M, I have lifted off and on for 4 yrs now and never really any major gains. I've gone up and down 10 lbs, but always back down to 145, hence the new additions to what I take. What I would like help with is good upper body workouts, and the best way to take this for the first time! Thanks
 
Ok there is so much wrong here so I made a list

1. YOU DO NOT NEED STEROIDS you could gain more naturally first, and looking at what you drew up so far tells me you don't know anything about what your about to do. Research your ass off before taking steroids. I researched for years before I even drew up my first cycle.

2. You need to take in 4000 maybe 5000 calories a day and it sounds like you are a hard gainer so this would be important to you.

3. You run test with deca unless you want a limp dick which you don't. But again you don't need steroids.

4. You need to get your workout routine tight not work out on and off. You need to stay with it and not miss any days of workout.

You can gain much more with out steroids, just get your diet and work out tight. That means take in the necessary nutrients and workout so hard you leave it all in the gym. Plus how old are you?
 
You have no idea what you are doing!!! How long are you running everything and 1ml= ??? mgs. I assume 250 mgs/ml. Did you get any pct. A straight test e or cyp cyle for 10-12 weeks at 500 mgs ew is what you should be doing once you got everything else in terms of training and nutrtion down.
 
Everybody has said your not ready. But I'm going to say something different.

You're going to fuck yourself up big time!! Keep doing what you are doing and you will have a limp dick for sure. It will take six months to a year before it even starts to get hard again. And it will probably never be what it was before you fucked yourself up. You're in for a rude awakening son.
 
I get tired of some ppl saying you can gain more natural! Did you ever think that he may be a small framed/boned person? I've been lifting for 8yrs. and have only done one cycle. I'm 26 5ft 9in 170lbs. and thats about as good as it will get since I havent done a cycle in almost 3years. If your small boned your never going to be a 250lb. beast if your genetics are not there but steroids used properly and on occasion can help you gain some. I would do a test only cycle!
 
He could be ready for steroids regardless his body weight. But the workout he's talkin about is garbage. Then again if he actually trained like he gave a shit about progress then he probably be over 145 lbs. If your workout and diet routine aren't on point, steroids arent goin to do much. You will only reap the REAL benefits of steroids with proper diet and training. Half the benifits are increased nitrogen retention and increased recovrey time.

If his workout routine was solid and had been for years then I would say he's ready. But it's not, He does push ups and doesnt even work out legs. WTF? Get real:11shot:
 
I have known people close to me that have been very smart with their use and have started at a young age so I wouldn't neccessarily say that you should avoid them altogether right now if you already feel you want to use them. Personally I think you can probably hold off a little longer since it doesn't seem like you're on a time table for sports or competition. I'm sure many people on this board started earlier than a lot of people would've liked, but at the end of the day it's your body man. Deca can be very beneficial on it's own. Remember, every person can react to a drug differently. Just becasue some people say you will have sexual side effects doesn't mean that every person will. Some have, but some haven't. I have had some teammates of mine come off shoulder injuries, surgeries and what not and have had a great run at deca only as they were trying to heal up and maintain their weight as much as possible. My advice for you is to start small, pick one aas, becasue early on you won't know what you are sensitive to if you are running different drugs. And understand that deca can present different side effects than testosterone. Do a search on the board and make sure you know the difference between anti-estrogens to use with testosterone and prolactin inhibitors for use of such drugs as Deca, Tren, etc. Hope your first cycle works out man.

I vehemently disagree. I am extremely small framed and for years thought I could never gain a pound. a friend of mine said I just need to eat more calories...and I did, 6 healthy meals a day with a min of 40 grams protein at each. In between meals I would eat candy, pizza, burgerking, anything I could to increase calories, most of it was lean for awhile when I was younger, but every year older I got over 18 I've had to cut back cals more and more.

Point being, you CAN gain weight regardless of your genetics if you eat enough food and train hard enough

Thank you this is what im taking about you can gain more without steroids.and please dont try to tell me this guy has reached to peak please dont try to tell me that.
