Yea sorry guys I read the dosage wrong on the website. But it seems like everyone has different advice. I'm not a noob to weight lifting trust me, my results have just come to a crawl. I added Fat Gripz to my training and made a difference for a little while. Anyway based on the sides I think I'm going to pass on the Sarms, I dont want to mess with my vision. I checked my bf and I'm at 12%. As far as my diet goes here is an average day. A bowl of Kashi with 30 calorie Almond Milk, around 10am a banana and a whey protein shake, 12pm Fage greek yogurt & tuna on a 100% whole wheat sandwich thin (Bread 100 calories), 1:30pm, chicken breast on sandwich thin, 3pm, Whey protein shake, 5pm (pre workout) Fage greek yogurt Whey protein shake, Post workout dinner 7pm chicken breast, broccoli, and either brown rice or quinoa. Before bed 10pm caesine. Anyway Like I've said on hand I have a 12 week supply of test e. Any suggestions for shelf life and best storage options ? Like I said I dont want Sarms becasue of the sides. I've read that your first cycle is the most importnat and you usually should start with just Test to see how your body reacts. Some of you think I'm not ready for test so any suggestions besides Sarms would be good Thanks.
