First Cycle Advice Please

Hey Everyone,

I'm about to start my first cycle and I was hoping for some advice. I'm 5'8 170lbs and looking to cut my bf which is at 15%. For my first cycle i was going to run 10-12 weeks of test e either at 500mg a week or 350mg. I've read at 350mg you can still burn alot of fat but 500mg a week is the usual dosage. During the cycle I was going to run forma -stanzol during the whole cycle and pct to fight off gyno and bloating. I was also going to take n2guard during the cycle as well. PCT i was going to do a unleased/post cycle combo with continuing the forma-stanzol. Should I oder liquid clomid from aG guys just to be safe ? I've read that unleashed/ post cycle and forma would work just fine. But I want to pick everyones brain. I am cutting in this cycle so any other tips besides (diet I know) would be helpful. I feel hcg might be overkill and a waste of money.
 
Honestly pointless to run a test cycle to cut down from 15%. Grab an ECA stack or some S4 (or both) for that purpose. Running test won't make you lose fat, it will only help you retain/gain muscle mass while doing it.

Also, Forma probably won't be a strong enough AI. It's a great PCT tool but aromasin would be much more beneficial on cycle. N2guard isn't really necessary for a test only cycle, it doesn't hit you liver hard and your blood pressure shouldn't increase too much. N2guard is better used when you run orals or really strong injectables like tren.
 
Age? First off if you are 175lbs and 15% bf. And you want to cut. Cutting has nothing to do with aas. That is diet. With your stats I would say you need to get your training and diet down first before you go sticking yourself with a needle.

Not trying to sound cocky or like a "know it all" but I've read about plenty of guys that have done a test e only cycle when cutting. They've said they oat bf and leaned out. The test helped gain strength and muscle during a cutting diet without losing results.
 
They say a lot of things.....a tweak to your diet & training will probably do wonders.

No I didn't read the email, but from experience and other people's testimony you NEED much stronger AI unless you plan on heavily dosing Forma (very expensive). Don't run test, try tweaking your diet or routine, if that doesn't work then your doing something wrong. Look into ECA or S4 if you feel extra help is necessary. Both will help you retain muscle mass on a cut. When you see people cutting with AAS like that its normally to get sub 10%, not to drop from 15%.

Diet is very clean at 170-200 grams of protein and around 2200-2500 calories a day.

With numbers like these I should be insanely ripped but I'm not compared to some guys in the gym that I lift triple the amount of. I know its diet and genetics but trust me I've been training a while and not seeing the results I used to. So The best cycle might be to cut and do a low dose test e cycle with forma stronzol and liquid armidex with a pct of unleashed/post cycle and liquid clen ?
 
Bro at 15% body fat, your diet is far from extremely clean... please lose the idea of clen... it is extremely dangerous and not necessary... You need to start with sarms before you run any aas... you need to learn how to develop consistency in diet and training and learn how to eat in a way that is conducive to your bodies needs to not gain fat... you can lose body fat while putting on muscle and not losing weight in the process but you need to learn how to do that... You also should not act the way you are in saying "you read this" "you read that" when you have zero experience and your coming in asking for help yet when you don't get the answers you want, you are acting as if you know the answers... your getting help from people with years and years of experience, certifications, degrees, etc... If you need help, we are here for you but please change your attitude in the process and listen and learn...

I would recommend starting with a sarms triple stack for 8 weeks... You will be able to get your body fat down and still gain some lean muscle in the process... This will get you ready for an aas cycle later...

This is what to run for a sarms stack...

1-8 osta 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-8 s4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-8 gw 10-20 mg day... split doses 12 hours apart
