First clen/T3 cycle--Advice!

Okay, this is my first post, so please be gentle!

I've been doing A LOT of reading on this site and just started my first cycle last week. I just have one question about T3--what's the suggested dosage for women? I just upped to 50mcg on my fifth day, but I read on another post that you should just remain at 25mcg throughout. Any advice pertaining to women in particular would be greatly appreciated.

My stats: I'm 28, 5'3, 126 lbs. I've been working out 4-5 days a week doing 20-30 minutes cardio and about 45 minutes weights. Trying to lose about 8 lbs. of fat.

Lobo - at 50 mcg on day five and stopping cold -- any consequence of stoppign cold? (Defeats purpose of long taper??)
 
HELLO...did you do any kind of research before you started your cycle?? Taking T3 alone is NOT a good idea...you midas well not lift weights or even bother going to the gym..you are going to lose some fat but a lot of muscle along with it too..T3 needs to be taken w/ AS..not alone...not w/ just clen...Do a long search!!!!
 
Okay, you guys have officially scared the crap out of me. I've been reading all kinds of research. Maybe the problem is that there is so much conflicting advice that it leaves a girl wondering. I've read about a lot of people who are just doing clen and T3, so I thought that was feasible. My bad.

So War Lobo, when AM I ready for T3, if at all? Do you think I should just stick with clen to lose BF? Thanks for your help.
 
you are ready for t3 when you realize that everytime someone comes on here with their t3/clen cycle all planned out we tell them that it's catabolic (i.e. uses muscle) and not to do that, period, that is of course unless you want to end up a skinnier, higher bf version of yourself...

if you use t3 without an AS, you end up loosing weight... that weight will be fat and muscle... when you loose muscle you're metabolism will slow making it hard to loose the fat and inevitably your body will put back any fat you lost and then some... you may weigh less but your bf will be higher and you'll probably be an even bigger size as you were before you started...

doesn't sound too good does it?

to loose bf, you're best to start with your diet... what are you eating and when? 6-8 small, balanced meals a day... lots of protein, healthy carbs and good fats... a clean diet will probably get you a lot farther than any t3 combo out there...

once you've

1) got your diet in tune,
2) you're lifting heavy in the gym (to build up that muscle that increases your metabolism and burns fat constantly)
3) and you've done all your research (which, if you had done you'd know the info above),

then maybe you'll be ready for t3 (with an AS)... then again maybe you'll have already reached your goal

good luck...

oh, and i'd look around about the t3, sassy's got a good point, i wouldn't quit it cold... might want to take a couple days to taper off it...

consider it a lesson learned... t3 is not something to play around with...

as for the clen... you could use it, but many get comparable results with less side effects from an eca stack... i guess it's all about how well you tolerate it... but personally i'd get the diet and lifting in check first before starting with the clen...
 
I now realize that T-3 is catabolic, but does a 5 week cycle with a taper permanently damage your thyroid? Cause I'm in week 3.
