ok.. i bought my grill... now how the hell do i cook chicken... don't laugh, i am cooking impaired, i need all the help i can get... can i use seasoning? Should i cut strips? thanks

I cook everything in mine. Ckicken, fisk, steaks. They really do rock. It will cook a chicken breats in about 6 minutes. And they taste great!:fro:

Best thing my parents ever gave me once I moved out. I don't know what me and my girlfriend would do w/o that thing. Cook fish, veggies, chicken, steak, etc. Pretty much anything you want. Plus if you wanna cheat one day and have a hamburger, it gets all the grease out for ya.

Put slabs or chicken breast on there or cut it up. I often cut up a half pound of chicken, add some banana peppers, garlic, and oregano (or whatever spices you like). Toss it on for about 7 minutes after a minute warm-up. You'll need longer for a full breast (i.e. 10 min. on a 2 minute warm-up). You can do pretty much anything you like on these things.

this is how I like it

I used to cook on a Foreman grill but got really tired of it being so dry. I get some boneless chicken breast. Put them in a glass cooking pan. Poke holes in the chicken with a fork. Pour a can of cream of chicken soup in the pan/dish with 1 can of water. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Now cook at 350 for 45 minutes. This is the best tasting chicken I've ever tasted. It's not like you're adding a lot of fat with the soup either bc you're not eating the whole can, it's just adding flavor to the chicken. Add some flavored rice and there you go!

2 chicken breasts. Trow some garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper on them. Grill and Voila! Chicken ala Latimer.

Oh yeah you have to drench them in hot sauce before you eat them too.
