I contemplated on running 30mg dbol/50mg a bomb for my kickstart, but opted 50mg dbol... Can't wait to try the mix on my next cycle...

I would say that the combo is the best oral for bulking. Size and strength go through the roof real quick.
 
Yep, 50mg of Anadrol, and 20mg of DBol. It is a kick ass combo.

It sure is. I have ran it a few times in the past... usually at those doses... maybe 30mg dbol. I have some blue heart dbols on me but gonna wait till about 6 weeks till I start them :)
 
Just another brief update for anyone that is interested.

Current stats are 5'9, 262. Weight has started to level off a bit, which is good. Body fat is sitting at 18%, hopefully will start to lean out a bit. Remember I am more of a powerlifter than bodybuilder. I prefer my body fat to stay around 15%, but hey, you can't when them all. Blood pressure is fine, and no signs of estro related sides. I am getting bloods done this week to see how everything looks.

I already hit my goal of benching 500 and squatting 700 raw. Got there quicker than I expected. Still have the little competition with my lifting buddy near the end of the cycle. We will be suited up with bench and squat suits, and all that good stuff. I don't lift with those very often, but estimates say my bench with the shirt would be around 620, and Squat 800+. When the time comes, I will take videos of the lifts and post them for you guys too see.

As far as gear, I added in the Tren, just at 50mg/eod to start, and 50mg a day of Anadrol because I had some left over. I also bumped the Test and Deca. So I am currently on this..

Test - 1500mg
Deca - 1000mg
Tren Ace - 50mg/eod
Anadrol - 50mg/day
Proviron - 50mg/day
LGD-4033 - 10mg/day
CJC w/DAC - 4mg/week
GHRP-2 - 200mcg 3x/day
Aromasin - 25mg/day
Caber - 2mg/week
HCG - 500iu/week

I will be bumping the Tren to 100mg/eod soon. I will also be switching from Deca to NPP to try to make PCT a bit smoother. Think I will start with 200mg 4x a week with that.

I have a quick note about Tren, that I hope some of you read. Basically, Tren is a strong mother fucker, and most people don't need that much of it for great results. 50mg/eod is all most people will need. Any more is really just a waste when it comes to results. Now there are other variables that go into play here, but if you are just lifting for yourself, not competing or in prep for a contest. Then 50mg/eod is all you need, then maybe bump to 75mg/eod 2/3rds through the cycle. This is all about myostatin and how it effects us. If you don't know about it, then research. I just laugh at some of the guys that are 175 pounds and want to use 600mg of Tren a week.

Another update.

Weight has gone up a little bit since last update. Sitting around 270 right now. Fat and bloated haha.

I kind of lost track of this cycle a bit. Just been pinning and lifting away. I don't even know what week I am on at the moment, but I know the cycle will be wrapping up soon. I have enough gear to last me for quite some time. Starting now, I am going to go 4 more weeks with what I am currently running. The competition with my friend will take place starting Sept 1.

On cycle, I have upped the dosages once again. I am on a shit load of gear right now, I think this is the most I have ever ran. I definetely would not recommend this to most people. Everything is going great though with little sides, and I know my body well enough, and feel I have a pretty good grasp on what I am doing. Current gear I am on right now is..

Test - 2g
NPP - 200mg/eod
Tren Ace - 100mg/eod
Anadrol - 50mg/day
Aromasin - 25mg/day
Caber - 2mg/week
HCG - 500iu/week

I dropped the peps for now.

I am contemplating running a little bit of Halo for the next 2 weeks, but the stuff I have is about 5 years old. Also Halo, Tren, and Drol may be a little much. But I am this far in, so might as well go all in. I have enough to run 20mg a day for about 12 days, so it won't be anything extreme.

After cycle, I am not going to come off right away. I am going to drop the Test to 250-375mg a week and cruise for 8-12 weeks. I will add the peptides back in at this point, and also GW-50 and S-4, and continue running the LGD. Going to try to cut up a little bit. I am not trying to get shredded, but right now I am sitting at about 20% body fat I'd guess (been eating like a horse). I would like to get that back down to about 15% or a little less. After the cruise, I will either come off or hit another quick cycle for 6-8 weeks, then PCT. Thinking about this for that cycle..

1-6 Test - 375mg/week
1-6 Tren Ace - 100mg/eod
1-6 Mast Prop - 200mg/eod
1-6 Anavar - 75mg/day

Anyways, that is what is going on for anyone that is interested. Will post some vids after my friendly little competition.
 
Also, one more quick thing I thought I would add about GW-50.

I have done a lot of research on this, and it truly is a great compound with a lot of positive benefits. I definitely see why it is recommended on a lot of cycles, in PCT, and after. Here is the thing though.. if you are a power lifter, and approaching a competition or something of that nature, I would avoid using this. I added it in to my cycle when I added the Tren in, and it really effected my ability to get those last reps. Let me try to explain this..

Say you are benching, and benching heavy with low reps, anywhere from 1-4 reps. The initial press you do is going to work the fast twitch muscle fibers but because the weight is so heavy, the muscle fibers are going to be depleted of energy. At this point, your muscle is going to recruit more muscle fibers in attempt lift the weight. This is when your body switches from fast to slow twitch. When you are maxing out, your lift is started with fast twitch fibers but finished with slow twitch. If you have ever noticed when you are lifting, or spotting someone, when you get to those last reps, there is sometimes a pause in the press movement, and then shorty after, the press is finished. That is the muscle fibers switching.

Anyways, there are studies that suggest that GW-50 messes with slow and fast twitch muscle fibers, which could result in the user being less explosive when it comes to lifting heavy and maxing out. It is hard to find to what extent it happens, but based on my experience, it is true. I ran it for 16 days at 20mg per day, dosed about an hour pre-workout. I had to stop after using it after my third bench/chest workout with it, because I could not push the rep all the way through. And this is weight that I would normally rep 5-6 times, and I couldn't get it 3.

So my general consensus is that if you are trying to cut fat, use it. Trying to increase endurance, use it. Trying to increase hypertrophy, use it. Maxing out or power lifting, pass.

I don't want to come across like I am talking shit about it, I am just reporting on my real world experience I had with it. I actually plan to use it again when I start my cruise/cutting process. But I won't be lifting heavy then, so max lifts are less important. I will start my dosing at 10mg a day this time.

I have looked up and tried to find as much info on it as possible. It is one of those things that the argument can go either way. I just know how it effected it me after I added it to my cycle.

Still a great compound, it definitely has it's place in a lot of different areas. I just don't think powerlifting is one of them.
 
Here is another update for anyone interested.

The little power-lifting competition between me and my friend is happening this week. It was supposed to be a couple weeks ago, but got pushed back because on some unforeseen circumstances. Not a huge deal, just been blasting away. We are only going to Bench and Deadlift for the competition, leaving Squat out of it because Planet Fitness doesn't have enough 45's. The overall winner will be whoever puts up the most combined weight between the 2. Loser pays for the Cruise we're going on in February. The winner of the bench press competition will buy lunch that day, and the winner of the dead lift will buy dinner that night. We are doing Bench tomorrow, and Deadlift Friday. I should blow him away on Bench, but he has me on Deadlift. He is 6'4 and gets a shit load of leverage. Things should be interesting.

As far as my lifts right now.. Last week I benched 525 for a set of 4, and then 575 for a double. That's with a controlled negative, brief pause at the chest, and then press. Only thing used was wrist straps. My goal for the cycle was to bench 500 raw, so I got that pretty easily. I have benched more than that in my lifetime, but had some minor shoulder surgeries that last couple years that have limited me a bit. For the competition, we are going to do a raw max, and then one with bench shirts. Raw, I hope to put 600. Going to try it once then, that is it. I don't bench with a shirt on very often so I really don't know what I want or plan to get. Low estimate would be 650. I've heard that bench shirts can add 100+ pounds to your bench, but we will see. My bro should push around 500 raw.

I fucking hate dead lifting, it makes me dizzy, but I do it anyways. Last week, I repped 585 for a set of 8, then stopped because I hate dead lifting. I don't really know what my max will be, because I have no maxed out on dead lift in a long time, and I usually do 6-10 reps. I am going to shoot for 700 and go from there.

As far as stats and how my cycle looks..

I've cleaned my diet up a little bit. Ya know, counting macros and doing all that dumb stuff bodybuilders do. My goal is to be big, but I was getting a little bit too big. I also started taking 25mg of HCTZ to help with the water weight. That said, currents stats - 5'9, 260, 17-18%.

The current cycle looks like this.. DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME KIDS.

Test - 2g
NPP - 200mg/eod
Tren Ace - 50mg/eod
Tren Suspension - 50mg pre-workout
Anadrol - 50mg/day
Halo - 30mg/day pre-workout
Aromasin - 25mg/day
Caber - 2mg/week
Proviron - 50mg/day
HCTZ - 25mg/day

The combination of Anadrol and Halo is not a very smart idea. But I am taking plenty of support, and have no ill effects thus far. Basically, I am not going to die.

Each day before the competition, I am going to take a cocktail of:

100mg Test Suspension
50mg Tren Suspension (awesome stuff)
50mg Injectable Anadrol
50mg Halotestin
5mg Cheque Drops (if they arrive in time)

That should give me a nice little edge. It may be considered a little much or over the top by some, but I really don't care what they think. This is only for a short time and I have shit to accomplish.
