Finakits.com aren't to customer friendly are they???

I placed an order with these guys on May 10th. And for the last 3-4 days, i have been emailing them to check on my order, to get the tracking number etc. and i haven't even got a reply back! It has been 6 going on 7 days now. It would be nice to know if the thing has been sent out or not!!
I certainly didn't have this problem with Mr. Clarks company.

Johnboy I am with you 1000000% percent. A retard could make fina with his kit--it's THAT easy. Plus Mr. T is a class act, replies to emails on time and is very courteous.

So does that mean a company can ignore you, mess up your order, and not be very customer oriented etc etc? If so, then the said company will not last long! Period! The customers are the business, and if you treat them right, you'll stay in business a long time. If not, then its only a matter of time till the shop closes!
Yes i wanted to save cash (I'm Canadian does that suprise ya?)and i wanted to see what else is on the market. Also the kit pictured, is the exact same kit i got from PnP.
Anyway, if i don't get a reply by tomorrow, this orders gettin cancelled - i have enough fuckin stress in my life right now! I don't need some anonymous company answering my emails whenever they feel like it.
I would probably try Mr Tit or T sorry, next.
Since you guys recommend him highly - see if you can get him to through in an extra syringe filter FREE for me. That is the one thing extra i think you should have doing these conversions!

i agree with the extra syringe filter part, i have only used finakits.com and they have been on time and courteous to me but i did have a problem with the syringe filter getting clogged up before all of the fina was done filtering. So i contacted them and they are sending me some extra filters with my next order. So i cant say they havent been courteous to me. I have heard a lot about Mr. T and his kits though, i would recommend tryin him for a change

i read somewhere, dunno where, that if you haven't recieved a confirmation to not worry- your order is being handled. I don't think he gives out confirmations. I ordered from Mr. T a while back, never got a confirmation and in 4 days i got my package. I wouldn't worry fellaz.

Does Mr T take credit cards and does he carry liquidex? That wpuld be nice...everyone seems to really like T's kits.

But...I have to say I just use a kit from Finakits and it was great. Got it in 3 days and everything was in order.

I'm sure there are tons of people out there who have ordered from all of those companies selling these kits, so of course you are going to say the finakit.com are good. But if anyone has noticed here in the last 2 weeks - this company has been making a lot of errors ( sending the wrong kits etc.)

I had no problem whatsoever with finakits.com and the kit did not require any cooking at all. Not saying that it is better than Animal's kits, but just wanted to speak of my own experience. They were very timely and replied to my emails fairly quickly. Sorry to hear of your dillemma. Your experience will make me think twice about ordering from them again.

But do you realize that Chem. is covering about 13 or more different boards. Now if 10 of you email him a day from each board... you can see how this would add up.
Plus he comes to the boards to answer questions,plus he has to help fill the orders, plus help the people that can't follow the direstions on how to.
I've obtained two kits from the man, One had a broken empty vial in it, but who cares! I have the other one from the other kit. I'm not going to bother tha man for something I can fix myself!

Give him a little break if he doesn't get back right away.
So easy people turn.

Guys...here is the bottom line. If we did delay the order past 6 days...we will refund 100% of your cash and still send the kits (which are in route...as all orders have been shipped)

one more thing BUB -- you state we have been making errors all over the place for the last two weeks? Bro...we send close to 500 kits out a week -- we have screwed up maybe 4 or 5 of them -- 4 or 5 out of 500 ----that is a good ratio for any mail order business.-- so, how do we handle it?....we send the correct kit or parts (often overnight) without anymore cost to the customer ASAP.

Just after my last post, I got an email with the tracking # and they said it was shiped on the 15th. I feel much better. The reason I ordered from these guys was all the post I read saying how good they are and about the customer service. They finally came threw. Better late then never, right.

(none of these steps requires heat "johnboy") If thats not enough, one can reach them directly by phone. As far as customer service, all orders made before 3:30 central time are shipped priority(unless specified otherwise) the SAME day. There are no 6 day delays, no multiple emails going ignored, and no threads complaining about poor delivery time or customer service.

I guess you can't satisfy everyone and with as many orders as he has every week there is bound to be a problem once in a while! I only hear 1 bad complaint for every 100 or so great comments about him to me that is great service!

I've seen filters bust from everyones kits. Some people are just too impatient and try to hurry this step along by adding more pressure than need... then the filter splits.
Most use the same filter. So it doesn't matter which kit it came from...Think about it.

they suck...My bad on the wording. He has changed his web site and looks like his kits are different. Unless he bought the domain name finakits.com I remember having to email his ass like 50x and received his shittty kit (which I still haven't used) 2 months later.
