I'm generally new to weight training but I did used to do some lifting when I was in high school taking the class. I am a female and I am 28 years old
I'm interested in getting on a workout program and wanted some advice as to what you recommended. Should I sign up for a gym or should I buy weights for my house
 
there advantages and disadvantages to both.

if i had the space i would set up my own home gym for sure especially in today's world. you can buy equipment cheap online used
 
you should do yoga and light weights at home no need to goto the gym yet
 
Females should always go high rep high volume.
