Ya so far my endurance has been great, def going up and I've lost two lbs I know that's not a lot but I've only been doing this for a week not even so that's pretty amazing! This morning for pt we went on a platoon 5 mile run and I felt so good the entire time at the end I was not tired at all not out of breath nothing I didn't feel like I had done anything. This stuff from sarms 1 is def doing the trick never felt like this on sarms search stuff, very impressed so far....
About to go do some legs now!! I'll let you know how that goes!
