Alright so today for a work out I did back and biceps workout lasted about 1.5 hrs I did
5 sets of 8 pull ups
seated rows 4 sets of 15
standing rows 4 sets of 15
reverse flies 4 sets of 15
standing curls 60lbs 4 sets of 15
preachers bd curls 25lbs 4 sets of 15 on each arm
laying down isolated bd curls 4 sets of 10 25 lbs seated isolated bd curls 4 sets of 15 25 lbs
And 2 miles on the tread mil
20 min in the sauna
Felt like I had a lot of energy today, weights seemed to feel lighter then normal!
Had to do my workout on lunch today so it was unfortunately cut short today again, I have a lot going on with just changing duty stations I'm trying to get my house and everything situated so I'll be having better workouts soon I promise.
