Female anavar cycle and dosage

I don't really understand why you say I compare clen and var when I mearly stated I had previously done clen. I was giving my background history in as much detail as I could but am confused in why you think I am comparing them, I am fully aware they are very different things that work in different ways and for different results.
Also my bf is 15% as I said in my first post so not sure why you mention about 18/20% as I've said I'm 15%?
I consume around 1600cals, 160g protein, 105g carbs, 45g fat. Not great I'm sure and that's on a rough day, I record every day on myfitnesspal app.
I posted on here to try and get help, put as much info as I could thing of, I am sure my diet and things can be improved but that's why I'm here, attempting to get advice, hopefully someone out there can help me.

Whoa now...settle down lol

What she meant was just because you've run clen doesn't mean you're seasoned and ready for steroids. Steroids are male hormones. Clen is a bronchodilator given to people with asthma...it doesn't change your hormone levels like steroids do.

It's good to have a lower bodyfat before doing steroids because:
1. Higher bodyfat = more risk for health risks which will increase with steroid usage as they will raise your blood pressure, cholesterol, wreck your lipids, etc
2. You get more out of them with a lower bodyfat. Someone with a high bodyfat will not see results like a lean person will

We just want people to be safe and truly understand what they're getting into before turning to the dark side (steroid use)...you can't go back once you try them.

First....I said "compare". It's just the way you wrote it, that's what I got out of it. You started var. Used clen with good results...posting about gaining muscle. Things get misinterpreted via online. Wasn't personal.

Second...your macros listed come out to about 1465 calories/ day. I know you said it varies. But if you want to gain and you're running var, you need to eat more to make it worth while. Using your stats and your activity levels you SHOULD be eating or COULD be eating between 2128 and 2368/ day as maintenance. So that, in and of itself, would eliminate even needing roids because you are under eating for your activity level.

That being said...I wouldn't jump right up to 2100. But...I would cycle yourself up in calories at least to between 1800-2000. Even if you went up 200 calories/ day/ each week (which is easily done adding in a protein shake). Otherwise, you're wasting your cycle.

I wouldn't increase cardio. Your goal is to gain some muscle. That being said, keeping it as is will assist in keeping fat gains down, although if you keep your diet clean, you should be ok.

My first var cycle was 10 weeks/ 10 mgs a day. I DID get sides and gained 17 lbs, 12 of which I kept. If you eat to your cycle, you can keep it shorter - 6-8 weeks, depending on sides. I felt great on cycle, felt like total crap coming off and took my body a couple months to even itself out hormonally.

Thanks for that reply. I have been thinking I probably don't eat enough, I eat very regularly but thought I should perhaps increase a bit, so you suggest gradually? Mostly by protein or a mixture? If I eat more and don't do more cardio will my gains be lean muscle rather than bulky? I am definitely lean at the mo and in no way bulky but could that change? What sides did you experience and when? Did they ease off? When you stopped did they return to normal? Also, you gained 17lbs, was that just in ten weeks? Was it what you wanted? Lean muscle, bulky or some fat? I'm really interested? I have only been on it for 4 days now, feel exactly like normal, is this to be expected?

Yep...17 lbs in 10 weeks. And yes, I wanted to gain. That's the whole idea. I ate about 200 above my maintenance and worked my ass off in the gym. I kept about 12 of it, meaning, I lost some water weight when I cut back on the calories and probably 1-2 lbs of fat. It's just my personal opinion but there's no point in running a cycle if you only want to gain a couple lbs of mass. You could bump up your calories and change your training and you'll get the same results.

I think your expectations might be a little bit skewed. I will say that everyone's body is different but if you are running steroids, you are likely going to feel/ look a little bit bulky. Running 10 mgs/ day, you should gain at least 10 lbs if you're eating for the cycle. Again, we're all different. You may have minimal sides. You may bloat right up and have tons of sides. It's the risk you take when going down this road. I had lots of sides, some women don't get many from var. Most of them went away but not all. For me, sides will be in full swing by the 6 week mark. Oily skin, acne etc. But...I feel changes within 48 hours of any addition of AAS into my system. It always takes my body 2-3 months after to even itself out hormonally.

And yes, I'd increase your cals over a couple of weeks. If you're at 1600 now go up to 1700 next week and then 1800 the following and guage it on what's happening.

It's almost, if not impossible to gain muscle without gaining fat. To keep fat gains to a minimum eating clean, a little cardio and not eating way over maintanence (200 cals should be fine) will help.
I think you've got the wrong idea on what steroids do for women. We DO gain weight (and fat), and we DO get sides. Let me repeat... YOU WILL GET SIDES. Now, the severity of them will vary from woman to woman. Oh, also var is fakes most of the time. It's usually dbol, or winny.
Are you familiar with cutting, bulking, and recomping? To achieve the body you want (assuming figure, physique, or fitness model), you've got to do a few bulk/cut cycles. It's best to bulk in the fall/winter, easier to hide any "fluff" gained, then cut in the spring/summer.
It's scary and goes against everything women here about getting in shape but you MUST eat at a surplus to gain muscle. While on steroids you don't need to eat too much over, but under eating is just a waste of a cycle IMO

Bottom line: steroids are worthless if you're not feeding them correctly.
