Female anavar cycle and dosage

Hey, firstly my stats: female, 29, 5'6", 57kg, 15% bf.
training: 4x 1/2 hour cardio sessions a week, should I increase this as its not really a lot?
5x free weights, resistance sessions a wk, (split training) I change reps and sets each wk, high reps and low weight, medium of both and then low reps on heavy weight, should I stick mostly to the latter now?
I've just started my first ever cycle of anavar, I've previously used clen and had good results with it. I currently have quite good definition all over but my aim is to gain some more lean muscle and become slightly more solid. I've been advised to do 10mg a day for 8/10 wks, I've done a lot of reading on this and this cycle sea quite common for females, is just like a second opinion. I want to take enough to achieve results but also not too much as I'd like to avoid any of the sides as much as possible. Also, diet wise, I know high protein but what would you suggest in grams my aim for carbs, protein and fat per day and also cals?

Lol, whoops, great start. I assume I've posted this is the male section? I'll try find the female section. Thanks but no, not competing or anything although my body builder friend think that's what I should aim to do. In the 4 years I've been training I've gone from being rather underweight with no muscle to a healthy weight with lean muscle but would like to be better and think I've achieved a fair bit on my own but would like a boost now

Post up your diet..

If you're not eating enough = impossible to gain muscle

If you ARE eating enough = you do not need roids

I've read though that people say if you eating well and eating clean etc then that's the best time to go on this rather than with a poor diet. I've gained 4g since Xmas which is mostly muscle but I reached a plateau. I'd happily put my diet up but have a feeling from your previous answer, you're going to say steroids aren't for me whether my diet is good or poor?

Not necessarily lol

We just want to know you're doing all you can naturally before turning to steroids...if someone comes to me (and this really happens daily) wanting to do roids because they 'want to cut up' and they eat once or twice a day and it's crappy food, bet your ass I'll refuse to give advice...

On the other hand, if someone gets the basics and has the gist, I'm not opposed to setting a cycle up for you. Being a female who can gain easily without roids (go to my log, I posted a 3 week natural transformation pic) I'm a believer that you can do it too....steroids is a big step, it's putting male hormones in your body...it's not meant to do it all by themselves; steroids are meant to COMPLIMENT a program already in place. Make sense?

At the end of the day it's your body, your life, your decision

You've already started the cycle...are you having second thoughts? Clen and var are totally different things for different purposes so no sense in comparing them.

Most of the women here would recommend that you start lower, such as 5 mgs/ day and see what happens. 10 mgs is also a common dose but we are a little more conservative here for first time cycles. You will likely see some sides show up about the 5-6 week mark...but just monitor it and see.

As for diet, it's always good to actually count out how much you are eating and then set your targets. If you want to gain, you need to eat above maintenance. Showing us your diet plan is great but it's even more help if you plug it all in to a site like fitday and get the calorie breakdown.

My diet is not spot on but it pretty good ish.
7am - porridge oats with 1/2 milk 1/2 water
9am - 2 egg + 2 extra egg whites omelette
11am - banana, protein shake
1pm - chicken breast, large salad, 1/2 while meal tortilla wrap
4pm - oatcakes with penut butter
7pm - chicken breast x 2, 1/2 avocado, large salad
8.30pm - sugar free jelly and 2 tablespoons 0% fat Greek yogurt.

Not perfect I know but I do better on a regular food much better than heavy meals less frequently.
I don't have that every day, I will swap chicken for turkey, salmon, tuna etc.
On a weekend I will have a granary bagel for breakfast too as a treat. Any advice is very welcome

That means almost nothing to us. More important are how many calories that is and the macros. It's really pretty simple, if you want to gain muscle, keep your protein high and eat at a surplus. If you want to cut fat, get yourself in a deficit while keeping protein high. Low/high carb and fat is totally up to what your prefer.
I can say this, you're for sure not ready for steroids if you're trying to compare clen and var. Those are two completely different drugs.
Also, if your starting body fat is higher than about 18-20% all AAS is gonna do is make you look bulky. There's too much fat covering any muscle built.
