Feeling sick when doing cardio

Does anybody else get this? I get a build up of phlemn, and it makes me sick to my stomach after doing cardio for a bit. Anything I can do to alleviate the discomfort?

Just wondering.....does this happen every time you do cardio? If so, do you notice anything in particular that you do on those days you get thise feeling that could be a contributing factor to this feeling? Does it happen after you eat certain foods? or when you don't wait a certain time period or wait too long after meals?

I sometimes just have days where I feel like this, well it doesn't happen as much as it use to, but I still would feel sick if I did cardio after eating some foods or after waiting too little after I ate.

I read an article in swedish Ironman magazine and they said if you workout too soon after a meal you´ll probably feel nacious. All the blood goes out in your muscles instead of your stomach and the food is not properly digested.
Otherwise it´s because of elevated GH levels.

It doesn't seem to matter when I do it. After meals, before meals, in the morning, at night. But it is getting better with time. Maybe it will work itself out eventually. Or maybe I have an allergy.......(not to working out though!).
