Feeling funny

Hey guys, I know some of you will be annoyed that I didn't take your advice 2 weeks ago when I thought I'd torn a ligament. You all told me to stop pinning straight away, I didn't. I did however find out a few days after, that it was in fact a muscle pull and was advised it will start to get better much quicker than a ligament. So I carried on pinning up until now. Started training again last night. However for the last 4 days I've felt depressed, very anxious at times, paranoid, especially with my gf, had a few panic attacks. Tired and have no patience Am I right in saying this is because I had all that test in my system just sitting around?, now I'm back training will it go back to how it felt before?.

Would love advice, and before you all slate me, I know I should have listened to you.

I would go into PCT,,, recover fuller,,,and re-schedule the cycle for later.
 
you should keep going to the gym and get your workouts in. since you were pinning EOD your body's blood levels went into flux which caused your brain to cause those negative side effects that your feeling now. START your PCT right away and continue to workout. I wouldn't suggest working out heavy...i would say to work out like your strength training 12-15 reps at 75% of 1RM weight. finish your pct after 4 weeks and I am sure your body will go back to normal.
