Feeling funny

Hey guys, I know some of you will be annoyed that I didn't take your advice 2 weeks ago when I thought I'd torn a ligament. You all told me to stop pinning straight away, I didn't. I did however find out a few days after, that it was in fact a muscle pull and was advised it will start to get better much quicker than a ligament. So I carried on pinning up until now. Started training again last night. However for the last 4 days I've felt depressed, very anxious at times, paranoid, especially with my gf, had a few panic attacks. Tired and have no patience Am I right in saying this is because I had all that test in my system just sitting around?, now I'm back training will it go back to how it felt before?.

Would love advice, and before you all slate me, I know I should have listened to you.

I don't remember your whole story.. can you go back and explain the whole story.. your stats, etc.

i also don't get how you could get a pulled muscle confused with a torn ligament. unless the muscle itself was torn you usually wouldn't even know you were hurting as it would just be a little sore if it was just a pulled muscle.

well based on what you wrote so far in this thread i would say yes you sat around and the aggression has built up in your body ...

you should never run a cycle unless you are 100% ready and also if you were to get hurt and stop training you should stop the cycle and go right into pct. i know thats beating a dead horse but in case others read this they should know this.
 
Thanks, if now that I'm feeling repaired, the pain is gone, I start training again (not as heavy) will this depression feeling piss off?!

i cannot answer that ... i have no clue what is going on in your life.

depression sucks but if there is a reason for it its not that simple to fix without fixing the root cause of the depression
