I was the the bowling alley tonight with my cousin and his friend, they are both 18 and I'm 20. A couple lanes down from us were these 3 chicks, 2 hot ones and their fat friend. Looked to be around 20-22 yrs old. I kept lookin at this one chick and we made eye contact a lot and smiled back and forth at each other. I caught her looking at me a couple times too. She walked back from the bathroom once and looked at me and did that hair flippie thing too. But I didnt have the balls to go and talk to her, a missed and failed opportunity. When the girls left they waved to us and giggled. I miss up things like this, I dont know if its lack of confidence or what, but I put all the time in the gym chasin the look that I want and then I can't even get a chicks # anymore............any advice?

Dude, I can totally relate.

I'm terrible at just approaching women.

Meeting them through friends, etc.. No problem!

But, the whole deal about approaching a woman, her obviously knowing I'm interested romantically/sexually, and cutting through all the bullshit to get to the ultimate goal is not my forte'.

It's not that I haven't DONE IT before. I have on several occassions when I was REALLLLLY attracted to a girl and the risk/reward was right.

I think a great smile, showing confidence (even if it's not all totally there), and humor are key. Women have it so easy being the hunted, instead of hunter.

I suck at that too. Luckily enough come up to me that it isn't a huge problem. I would say be confident. Well, since I suck I don't have any more advise but I'll be reading this thread for some hints myself.

Bunkka hit the nail on the head...key factors...Iam in same boat, having a rough go at it....Even if you get the approach right and contact is made-there is still the right vibes to be picked up....the more experienced you are with this the less time there is messing around with women who you have no potential with-meaning you pick that up more quickly and if she has exprience she will do the same.....and let me tell you women are alot better at this than men and learn it at a lot younger age......This physique thing I have written about before and I'll touch lightly on it now...Being a BB-even without a freakish body-still only appeals to certain women-which cuts the playing field down some....Case in point-the other night met a woman who approached me at a party-all over me...made an attempt to get her number and asked if she was interested...She said I was too good looking and too musclular and very intimidating for her....she was so hot!!! this is par for the course with non-athletic women...I usually stay with women who are in the sport of fitness or mild BBrs....they understand the life-style and pyschological make up of us that partake in this sport.....Even the women I am successful in meeting say the same thing....you are so....etc etc...".but now that i know you its ok"....getting to this point is difficult to say the least....BB seems to be a blessing and a curse at the same time and you have to find and connect to those this style of life appeals to-which is not easy....

not hijacking your thread or anything but the bowling alley thing just reminded me of some girl I meet at a bowling alley when I was a Freshman in College.

Same thing as your story, I saw a group of girls acouple lanes down and she was eyeballing me all night.

When me and my friends went to leave I approached her and within seconds she had me sitting on a chair while she was on my lap kissing me. It was a club type night they use to have at a bowling alley near me.

Well a week later I see the girl at a friends house, which was strange cause I didn't even know he knew her. She lived in another town. She ended up being there with her boyfriend so she avoided me which was actually pretty amusing to me.

Once she left she called my friend and told him to apologize to me for her and that she would make it up to me. Well within days I was banging her in the back of my car. Dam...she was a perfect blond with the best tits and ass.

Only bad part is that she had a boyfriend, and what goes around comes.

Didn't mean to just tell my story on ya thread but I just remembered this about that girl.
