There are much better supplement companies out there.

To start all you need is a good book on diet and training such as "Burn the fat, feed the muscle" and you'll be worlds ahead of your buddies. You have a good start. Stay lean.

99% of supplements are a waste of money.

Grilled chicken and veges is much more anabolic than the aforementioned supplements.

Muscletech is the most overrated supplements company out there hands down. Anything that suggests adding 14lbs of lean muscle mass in 2 weeks by using an advanced form of whey, i.e. nitrotech is considering every serious bodybuilder out there a fool. I seriously doubt any form of AAS can add 14 lbs of lean muscle in a month, let alone 2 weeks.....

Not going to lie I got some of there strawberry protein powder a wile back wehn I really needed some. Smelled like shit in a bottle. I tasted it and it was damn good.
