Favorite mass building cycle ever?

I don't think you understand how much knowledge is in the comment Nelson just gave you. You want to bulk, eat more. You want to cut, eat less. It's more about your diet and cardio than mixing all these damn cocktails with 5 compounds. You can cut or bulk on almost any cycle. If I want to bulk, I eat like crazy and limit the cardio. If I'm cutting, I cut back on the calories and increase my cardio.


that may hold true to people just starting out and have plenty of room to grow etc... but that is an absolute ridiculous point made to jack... he is not inexperienced in any way... he is a knowledgeable asset to this board and he was looking for different options for his cycle... he was not asking to make a huge "cocktail" of any sort so that comment is absurd... Noone is going to run test only cycles everytime and get to where they want to be... It is not necessary to go crazy and run all kinds of shit that is not needed but that was never what he was getting at... Other people started throwing out crazy ideas but he was talking about tren and eq with test or something along those lines... There is NOTHING wrong with that in any way and there is nothing absurd about it... There was never ANY indication of doing anything out of the ordinary... He has a lofty goal and he is not going to get there natty... This is not some guy looking for a short cut... So this comment was definitely out of line...

I never come off test, so I suppose to be accurate its not a 'cycle', more like a blast for me, but honestly on some of my runs keeping the test at 125mgs has been a very good move, I understand for those cycling on and off having test at 125mgs would be a little odd... BUT it does help to show which compounds are doing what, if I'm only running a tiny dose of test and still getting good results, its much easier to know that whatever other compound/s I'm running is having the desired effect... If I'm not getting a good result, I know that either the compound isn't right for me, or that I may need to tweak my diet to get more out of it....

Thats fair enough my friend, what ever works best is the way to go...and to achieve your goals with minimum dosing is a very smart way to do it :supercool

It could be, but maybe not either. Doses to put someone in the upper range can vary greatly. That's why some run HRT doses on as little as 100mg per week and some need 200mg. That's why docs have to run bloods after starting an HRT program, because if everyone responded to doses the same, they would just administer the needed dose and call it a day

For what its worth, my 125mg/wk HRT puts me at 1120.

That's pretty damn good. I'm hoping I get as lucky as you. I just started self administered HRT myself. I'm starting at 175mg, getting bloods in a few weeks and adjusting if need be. I'm hoping it shows high so I can lower it down to 125-150mg

Actually he chimed in without reading a single line of my thread with negative sarcasm. If y'all actually read my post in the first place he would'nt have had to ask pointless questions.

Thanks Dylan. And again. AGAIN If you read the thread,guys, you'd see that I'm NOT running all those things together. It's what I have to work with. I may use one or I may use none.

my view on this is diet is crucial and the #1 thing with newbs. look at our friend criminal who eats papa johns pizza and PBJ sandwiches. thats his diet and he wonders why he goes nowhere.

however once you get advanced in this game and start using compounds to manipulate the body then diet becomes less of a factor.. although obviously its very important.. but we all who are advanced didn't get to be advanced in the first place without a strong diet and training . i know that introducing anabolic compounds in the body affects insulin and partitioning, i'm living proof of this and so are so many others.. so you just can't tell someone who is advanced "eat more" or "eat less" ... it just doesn't work like that.. someone who is comping for example who needs to drop water and a couple % of body fat in 2 weeks for their day on stage you can't just walk up to them and point and say "eat less man!" there is way more to it than that
