oh man, got to the end of this post and had to make a run to the bell for a couple of beef and potatoe burritos..first in at least 6 weeks, my big problem is the sodium. hell with it, i deserve it!
uuhh, well, a follow up on my previous post..ate that shit at about 12:30..worked out at 3:00..man pounded about 7 bottles of water while lifting, tried HIIT after was so fucking bloated i could hardly make it to the steam room...fucking never again,it was the worse..god,maybe in the winter after a workout..god, bros i was belching that shit for 4 hours, wait..ohh shit,there we go again. not worth it..damn this thread..damn it
