so let's hear it... what are your favorite pre-mixed in a can protein shakes? I like the myoplex edge... not too bad...

simply protein by eas. chocolate

its pretty cheap and its the best protein shake i've ever had. make it with milk and it tastes just like hershey's. hardly any carbs too, awesome shit

What are everyone's fave weight gainers?
I like Nlarge2, but I've had really good results with Myoplex MASS.

Isopure in clear jar- 40 gm pro/no carb tastes like kool aid
