there are lots of places in canada that sell ephedrine (8mg tabs kaizen brand)

you can get fish oil pretty much anywhere, but get some that say molecular distillation (to remove heavy metals)

yes green tea extract works well. you can get it lots of places but few brands have a high percentage of EGCG.

the deal at AF on green tea is very hard to beat, price and quality wise (impossible off the net)

Yes, ephedrine is very easy to find in Canada. Like macro said, it's sold in 8mg tabs (several different brands are available). Most health food stores still carry it.
