I can't find information on this on the boards. I'm looking to lose fat and maintain/increase muscle mass. What is a good ratio to shoot for?
I know its hard to do both but my #1 focus is losing the fat. I definatly put on weight easier (endo?) than losin' it.
Lastly, what's a good supplement to take to help me out? ECA's are illegal (or "are" they?) and the only thing I read here is T-rex but that's sounds intense (illegal?)
