Fat Loss Vs. Muscle Gain

I have decent sized muscles covered by a layer of fat that I'm trying to get rid of. I'm wondering if it's more important to lose the fat first and then try to build on my muscles or work my muscles and hope the weight comes off. I have yet to set any routines because I am just a beginner, so I'm wondering if I should lose the weight and start "clean"?
And also, since I want to lose the weight regardless, are there any SAFE weight loss pills?

dont jump on the "majic weight loss pill ban wagon" so fast bro, first thing is just to clean your diet up and start doing cardio regularly!

As for which you should do first is more up to you and your will power!

My personal preferance is to build up then lose the extra fat afterwards, even when I began (even though I was just a really skinny ass) I wanted to build up big then rip up! but doing that it takes alot of will power to keep with it, cuz you wont see your muscles rip up and look as defined! Especially your abdominal section! But if you can work with that, then the better.

But youd be amazed, if you just clean up your diet alot, and still work out hard, you can put on some weight while losing some fat, key word being some, you wont really get shredded though!

Has worked pretty good for me for the last 7 weeks, but I might have just finally found somthing that actually does work for me!! LOL

Peace

Agreed, fuck the pills.

Secondly, since you're just starting out, you should be able to put on some quality mass and lose fat at the same time rather easily if you stick to a routine and a well-balanced diet. Be consistent and lift with intensity. Once you got some experience under your belt, then decide if you need to concentrate on shedding the weight off or continue gaining ... g/l
