Corn - Here's the program I'm on (that you set up for me). I really like it but want to throw in more of a cutting aspect. Also, I'm thinking of dropping the Fina this week (about a 50/50 shot). Main goal - increase cardio ability without losing LBM.

I really like this program so far. It's a nice change from the Old School Method. I've been a lazy piece of shit as far as abs go, so I'm going to be going crazy on them MWF after my workouts from now on.

I was thinking of adding Tues & Thur cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Will this be adequate or should I be doing this 3 days per week? Cardio after my lifting is pretty rough and I hate it.

Hmmmm, so what's more effective: Cardio in the a.m. on an empty stomach or in the afternoon after lifting?

Cardio for two days b-4 training is good.

Drop one sets on all exercises.

Add sprints after legs

The cardio will be in the morning before work and breakfast. Lifting is afternoon..

I'll incorporate it.

Thanks.

Hey Cornholio, I'm curious if the Old-School method that many seem to be following here could be used in a fat-loss based program. I really want to try the Old-School method, but my main concern is fat-loss. Thanks.

EngiCream

(Obviously I know it could be used, but I guess what I'm asking is if it makes sense to use it)

Try it and see.

Cutting or bulking is 90% nutrition anyway.

Only do cardio on Tu and Th.

Corn, I had planned on doing cardio on tues and thur before breakfast. I don't really know who I was fucking kidding.

Is it better to do cardio before or after lifting if you're going to be doing them in the same session? What duration?

I thought it was better to do cardio after lifting since you've already burned through a lot of your bodies energy stores. This week I did 20 minutes of moderate cardio after I lifted.
